Wherever you have thoughts — AquaBrain captures them. Via MCP from your AI client, in Slack, on the web, on mobile. One Brain. Yours. Not locked to a single LLM. Reuse it from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or anything that speaks MCP.
Why it matters
Save ideas as Slack reactions. Drop transcripts via the web. Run /decision from Claude. Upload a meeting note. The pipeline auto-summarises, tags themes, and embeds for semantic retrieval.
Vector search built on pgvector finds thoughts by what they mean, not the exact words. Ask "what did I decide about pricing last quarter?" — even if you never wrote the word "pricing".
Connect once via MCP — paste a URL into Claude Desktop's settings, you're done. Every AI you use can now answer questions, summarise themes, or surface action items from your own knowledge.
Principles
Most knowledge tools want you to live inside them. AquaBrain assumes you already live inside Claude, ChatGPT, Slack, and a browser — and meets you there. Your thoughts stay yours.
Every thought lives in one place — your Brain — regardless of where you captured it. No more "I know I wrote that down somewhere." Decisions, meeting notes, insights, references, and person notes share one searchable home.
Not locked to one LLM, one chat, one tool. Your Brain runs on Supabase under your account. Use Claude today, ChatGPT next month, Cursor for code — your knowledge follows. The data is yours, encrypted, portable.
From Slack with /za. From the web. From mobile. From your AI client via slash skills. From a file upload. Capture happens where you already are — never as a separate "now I open the knowledge tool" task.
How it works
Five capture surfaces today: Slack (with /za or message reaction), the AquaBrain web app (paste, file upload, slash skills), and any MCP-aware AI client (Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code). Each surface routes to the same pipeline.
Each capture goes through ingest-thought: an LLM rewrites it as a self-contained memory, extracts metadata (themes, people, type, action items), and an embedding model writes a vector for semantic retrieval. All using your own OpenRouter key.
The MCP server (brain-mcp) exposes 6 tools — capture, search, list, recent, person-lookup, theme-summary — that your AI client invokes natively. Add the URL in Claude / ChatGPT / Cursor settings; your Brain is now part of every conversation.

Skills
Type / in any AquaBrain-connected AI client to invoke a Skill. Five capture and three analysis skills, plus a wiki-schema designer. Personal Skills coming soon.
AquaBrain is in private beta. We're onboarding small batches of users who already live inside AI clients and want their knowledge to come along for the ride.
